The Southern Forest Heritage Museum and Research Center, Inc.
Open Monday-Saturday 9:00-4:00, Sundays 1:00-4:00 except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Relive the heyday of Southern logging, railroading, and sawmilling at Long Leaf, Louisiana. The 60 acre site displays rare equipment, buildings, and three steam locomotives dating back to the early 1900's.
